‘Glee’ preview: Chris Colfer’s Kurt meets Sarah Jessica Parker
On Thursday night, the third episode of “Glee” this season is going to be here; and if you love fashion, you are probably going to be more excited for this hour than any other that airs throughout this season. Why? Let’s just say that you have a dose of Vogue, an appearance from Sarah Jessica Parker, and a comprehensive look at all of the outfits that Kurt has rocked out on the show over the years.
What we are really the most excited about in the video below is seeing Chris Colfer’s character really have an opportunity to shine in an environment where he is no longer the odd man out. Parker’s Isabelle is clearly impressed by some of the work that he has created throughout his time in high school, and they also have a connection in the state of Ohio. (Heck, Isabelle has eaten at Breadstix before … even though it made her sick.)
Does this mean that Kurt is really going to end up landing the internship of his dreams here? It’s probably a little early to say that one way or the other just yet. All we can say with 100% certainty is that he will have an opportunity here to find something that suits his life that does not just involve singing, and with there being questions marks all over the place regarding his future at NYADA, that may turn out to be very much a good thing if he finds something new elsewhere.
What do you think about this video, and do you believe that Parker is going to make a great addition to the cast? Be sure to share some more of your thoughts below! In addition, you can see another video featuring Chord Overstreet and Darren Criss over at the the link here.

I love that Kurt actually seems to have found someone who will value him as he needs to be valued. I love Kurt and Isabelle. I really, really hope that this season, Kurt will actually start winning at the things he goes for. He is so talented and even though his confidence has been knocked out of him with all the things that happened to him in season three, Kurt is strong and he will, with gentle encouragement from a character like Isabelle, find his confidence again.
I love the fact that they both, in this very short scene, complimented each other and each boosted the others confidence. It looks like they may both have ‘found’ each other. Besties already!
I loved this scene. Colfer gives a perfect and nuanced performance, giving his character just the right balance of nerves, excitement and maturity, and SJP’s portrayal of Isabelle is wonderfully bubbly and caring. They are adorable together and we need to see a lot more of both of them as the season progresses.
