‘Real Housewives’ guru Andy Cohen publishing memoir

He’s publishing a book!

Without Andy Cohen, who knows what the television landscape would be like at this point? Thanks largely due to his efforts with Bravo, the network has been able to produce such hits as “Project Runway,” “Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List,” and of course all of the various spin-offs of “The Real Housewives” series.

Now, Cohen (who also hosts “Watch What Happens Live“) is going to add another title to his list — published author. In a statement, publisher Henry Holt announced that Cohen would be publishing a memoir chronicling the man’s journey from a closeted gay teen to one of the most well-known executives and pop-culture gurus in television.

In a statement, Cohen explained perfectly why he believes himself to be perfect for the job:

“I love to write and I’m thrilled that I get to share stories of my improbable intersections with pop culture that have enriched my life.”
