‘Big Brother 14’ finale: Winner Ian Terry says…

Now that we know that Ian Terry is the official champion of “Big Brother 14,” it’s time for some official words from the guy, don’t you think?

In his SuperPass interview after the finale, Ian was actually rather and still shocked about his win. First things first, he claims that he did not think that he was going to win the game against Dan; then, he also thought that he was not going to be that popular in the ideas of America. He seems to be happy with the direction that he played in the game, especially since he really played a pretty loyal game ever since the Quack Pack was formed. The biggest surprise of all? That he made it all the way despite being the first person really targeted before Boogie saved him during the coaches’ challenge.

There are a couple of other assorted thoughts we want to get in here about Ian based on some of his general remarks during the interview:

-His crush is still Kirsten from season 12, and she finally acknowledged his existence tonight by congratulating him on the win. However, we don’t think that this date is going to happen anytime soon … she doesn’t want to lead him on.

-Ian knows that his hammock is a popular topic of conversation.

-Is there still bad blood between Ian and Dan? When asked how he would describe the runner-up in one word, he said “slimy.”

Ultimately, we have to say that Ian played the game well, and from one standpoint it is nice to see a newbie win. Did he play better than Dan? Not when it comes to strategy or making brilliant moves; however, you have to remember still that people have to like you to want to vote for you. It may not be flashy, but it’s the truth.
