Less that 24 hours after creating national headlines for blasting “Pretty Little Liars” star Lucy Hale on Twitter following the couple’s breakup by suggesting that she had somehow grown to think that she was too famous for him, the actor (best known for his part on “Spider-Man” as well as the now-canceled “The Secret Circle”) is doing his best to backtrack on the remarks, and also say that Hale is a fabulous person and an actress despite their relationship not working out.
Read Zylka’s full apology below:
“I’d like to apologize about my previous comments … I apologize for tarnishing any view anyone has on this amazing women. I had the honor of loving her. That love will never fade, as your love should never fade from her is well. She’s going to change the world one day. And the last thing I want to do is be any reason for her to look bad in any way. She a remarkable human with an infectious personality, and a heart bigger than anyone’s I’ve ever known. Proud to love her. And I’ll continue to be her biggest fan as I know she will to me too. Love you all and be well and don’t forget ARIA RULES!!!!!”
Here are just a few quick observations from this apology:
1. The “Aria Rules” line is a good way to get “Pretty Little Liars” fans back on your side.
2. Will she really continue to be your biggest fan after you put her on blast online?
3. Will this stop all of the Twitter hate going in the guy’s direction?
What do you think about this apology, and would you forgive him if you were in Lucy’s shoes? If you want to read more on why Zylka is no longer going to be on “American Horror Story,” all you have to do is check out the story here.
