What makes life in the “Big Brother 14” house so interesting at this very moment is that everyone seems to be pretty close to sure that they are going to be staying this game for at least a little bit longer. How do we know? It’s pretty easy to judge based on their behavior.
For a prime example, just look at the fact that nearly everyone has been asleep all afternoon. Ian has clued everyone in to the fact that the first part of the final Head of Household Competition is typically an endurance, and they want to try and ensure that they are well-rested a prepared for some of the pain that is going to be coming up soon. Personally, we’re hoping for a competition on the level of Evel Dick and Zach back in season 8, where these two guys ended up facing off for a whopping seven hours before Dick ended up finally giving in. This season was a perfect reminder that you have to win two challenges, though, and Zach finished in third.
Outside of talking sleeping patterns, the reason for this update is simple: Dan seems to be somewhat aware of Danielle’s plan to try and put “blood on his hands” by getting him to be the person to vote out Ian. So what’s his plan instead? While staring at the memory wall Thursday, he made it clear that he was not going to miss another opportunity to get Shane out. Danielle is pretty delusional, so at this point we’re putting the odds at 75% that Shane actually gets sent home Thursday night against Dan’s own wishes.
