There was quite a bit of action in the “Big Brother 14” house on Wednesday; but unfortunately, we didn’t really see any of it. Thanks to the producers’ decision to pre-tape the eviction episode airing tonight, the Power of Veto results and even the nominations were delayed … at least until now.
The live feeds finally came back up after an excruciatingly long absence at midnight Thursday, and it took us a few minutes to really figure out what was going on. This was not helped by Danielle spending the first few minutes talking all about herself and why she was hurt by some things that people were saying about her. Specifically, she doesn’t like JoJo and seems to think that she is the nastiest human being alive.
It took nearly half an hour for the Power of Veto Competition to even be mentioned; but even with this, it still took a while longer to figure out who ended up winning. Finally, it was revealed at close to 1:00 a.m. Big Brother Time that it was Danielle who ultimately came out on top. Unfortunately, what we do not know yet is who the nominations are, and who is likely to be the one whose vote will send someone else packing. What we can say for sure, though, is this: this is the perfect way for Danielle to get Shane out of the game if she wants Dan to do the dirty work for her. However, we likely believe this will be curtains for Ian’s game come Thursday night. Shane will probably be the one doing the evicting, which puts Dan in an interesting spot. Basically, he needs to win the final Head of Household to have any shot at making it to the end. We’re not so sure Danielle is going to take him anymore.
