In case you haven’t noticed already, it has been a little bit longer of a wait to find out who the next leading man of “The Bachelor” than we were initially told that it would be.
In a new post on Twitter, the show’s executive producer in Mike Fleiss did his best to explain that this wait has been so long … that is, without really saying anything outside of the fact that it will be well worth it:
“When the announcement is finally made, you will understand why it took so long… My apologies to
We actually do not understand why the announcement is taking too long at this point, mostly because there only seem to be a pair of candidates unless Fleiss is thinking of someone completely out of left field. When it comes to Roberto Martinez, you have someone who is suave, savvy, and different than any man who has ever handed out roses on this show before. Meanwhile, Sean Lowe from Emily Maynard’s season is someone different in that he is very religious, but also interested in passion and having a good laugh with his soul mate. Both seem like great candidates to host the show, and the only reason why we could imagine this taking so long is if one of them is having to finish another commitment before they could make this booking official. (The only other explanation? Fleiss is negotiating with someone that none of us would ever see coming to be the leading man.)
Why do you think the wait for the next “Bachelor” is taking so long, and who do you want to see in this role? We want to hear some more of your thoughts with a comment below!
