There is a knight in shining armor heading to the world of “Once Upon a Time” this coming season, and we just now got our first look at him.
As the photo to the left (via Entertainment Weekly) shows perfectly, we are going to see plenty of Sir Lancelot when he emerges in the fairy tale world that was early on during season 2. There’s not too much that is known about this character just yet, though we do know that he will once again by a disgraced member of King Arthur’s court. Based on when we meet Lancelot in his story, it looks like his days with the famous king of lore will be long gone; with that in mind, don’t expect to see either Guinevere or Arthur himself turning up at some point at least in the near future.
Sinqua Walls of “Teen Wolf” fame is going to be taking on the character, and he is just one of many powerful men to be joining the cast this year. We are also going to be meeting Prince Phillip (Julian Morris) as he works to try and save the life of Sleeping Beauty (Sarah Bolger); meanwhile, Captain Hook (Colin O’Donoghue) is going to bring a new face of evil to the mix as someone who likely makes it very clear upon his first visit in episode four where his intentions lie. Will Hook and Lancelot square off? There have been some strange happenings in Storybrooke over the years, so anything is possible even if it does seem to be rather unlikely on the surface.
