Just in case we have not heard enough already on Monday night’s season finale for “Bachelor Pad,” we do have some more comments about what is going to be one of the most dramatic two-hour episodes in the show’s three-year history. While we know that Michael Stagliano is going to be put on the defense at times during the reunion, there is going to be one person who faces even more drama than he does: his onscreen romance Rachel Truehart.
So what is going to cause Rachel, who has kept her composure more so than some other contestants this season, going to be facing? Speaking to People Magazine, show host Chris Harrison does his best to explain without really explaining too much of anything:
“Facing Michael was very difficult for her. It is very emotional and it is tough on Rachel … The game itself is also something that Rachel is involved in, so she deals with Michael and then she also has to deal with the show. It’s a very volatile situation.”
Overall, Harrison refers to this episode as one of the most “disturbing” in all of his years hosting the franchise. It’s also possible that this could be the final episode of this offshoot of the show. Thanks in part to everything from the Olympics to some uninspired casting to a “newbie” twist that pretty much no one asked for, the show’s ratings plummeted from where they were last year with Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi as a part of the cast.
By the time the finale is over, how much sympathy do you see yourself having for Rachel? We want to hear some of your thoughts below! If you do want to hear what Michael himself has to say about some of what we are going to be seeing on television soon, you can do so by heading over to the link here.
