While a number of shows tend to have episode titles that tend to be rather vague and often unimportant to the show’s actual plot, you cannot really say the same thing about “Once Upon a Time.” Take for instance the season premiere on September 30: the title here is “Broken,” and it is an obvious reference to the fact that the curse that was once plaguing the residents of Storybrooke is now officially over.
Now, we have some more news pertaining to another episode title worth celebrating. According to SpoilerTV, the second installment of “Once Upon a Time” this season is going to carry with it the rather interesting title of “We Are Both.” Could this be some sort of play on the fact that many of Storybrooke’s residents are looking at their past and former selves? We think so, though it is also possible that this is some sort of allusion to a particular backstory that we do not quite get just yet.
We know that the premiere’s focus is going to be largely on Ginnifer Goodwin’s Mary Margaret / Snow White, and after that things are a little bit more unclear. Considering that we do know that Sleeping Beauty, Mulan, and Prince Phillip are going to be a part of some early episodes before the arrival of Captain Hook in episode 4, isn’t it possible that we are going to see more of the story surrounding one of them? We like to think so. We do also know, though, that an early episode is going to show us more of the first meeting between Rumpelstiltskin and the Evil Queen.
