‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 6: Who does Kunal Nayyar want to see?

The September 27 premiere of “The Big Bang Theory” is getting closer and closer, and with that we are starting to at least hear some of the cast members speak out a little bit about the CBS show; and if we are not getting anything when it comes to plot spoilers, isn’t finding out a few details about some actors’ personal hopes and dreams a worthy substitute?

Speaking in a new interview with Digital Spy, Nayyar said that if he had to pick two of his own dream guest stars for the show, they would be none other than Lisa Kudrow (who would play Penny’s mother) along with Betty White quite possibly as Sheldon’s grandmother (or “Meemaw,” if you will). Meanwhile, the actor also shared a little bit about how important it is for some of these characters to change over time as the series continues its run:

“These characters, they have to evolve. They’re getting older on the show, these are things that happen in everyone’s life. People do get married… this is just a natural evolution. I wonder if we’ll have┬áBig Bang┬ábabies in the season finale?”

Thus far, we have already seen a pair of characters get married in Howard and Bernadette, and the real question now is just if Leonard and Penny are going to join them anytime soon. (Considering what happened at the end of last season regarding the “bed proposal,” we’re leaning towards “not in the near future” on this one.)

So could Raj be joining the game of love soon? If nothing else, we have already heard that there is going to be some sort of romantic subplot in the works for him this time that should please longtime fans of the show; and hopefully, this time it is not going to involve the voice on his iPhone or a drunken makeout session with Penny.

What sort of character do you want to see Raj together with on the show? We want to hear some of your thoughts below! If you are hoping to check out more scoop courtesy of Mayim Bialik, be sure to head oer to the link here.
