NBC’s ‘The Voice’ season 3: Christina Aguilera talks auditions, Chris Mann

Last season on “The Voice,” Christina Aguilera made a number of headlines courtesy of some of her critiques — but she also did groom a potential star in Chris Mann despite the pop / opera singer failing to crack the top two.

So with these experiences behind her, is the “Fighter” singer planning to change her style at all for season 3? Based on what we are hearing now, it definitely does not sound like it. In a video on the NBC show’s official page (which you can see below), Christina says that she really like the strategy that she used last year of trying to pull in a diverse group of singers to her time, and believes that it yielded the best result for her.

When it comes to Mann’s future, Aguilera alluded to the fact that Ron Fair (who originally worked with her) is now overseeing his career, and therefore she feels that he is in “very good hands” to have a career that will inspire a number of people around the world. She says that the most important thing during these blind auditions is to especially be on the top of your game, and make sure that you make your intentions and hopes clear to the artists that you are hoping to work with. Considering that she and Cee Lo Green are the only two coaches yet to produce a winner, we have a feeling that she will be definitely motivated.

Season 3 of “The Voice” starts in just under a week on Monday, September 10 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern time. Do you think that somebody from Team Christina could end up winning the competition this year? We want to hear your thoughts below!¬†If you want to check out some more news pertaining to Adam Levine and Blake Shelton, be sure to head on over to this link.
