When alcohol is involved, it’s pretty easy to have regrets — and with the eviction Thursday night in the “Big Brother 14” house seemingly so set in stone, there’s really nothing else to talk about other than the aftermath of Ian making a gigantic fool of himself after making a massive fool out of himself with some comments he made about 9/11.
On Wednesday afternoon (when really there were a good many players fast asleep), Ian approached Jenn and offered up his form of an apology for some of the thing that he said — claiming that he was really drunk and didn’t mean to make light out of a tragic situation (especially since Jenn was living in New York at the time of the attack). Jenn accepted the apology, but it was an awkward conversation — one stuffed full of what were largely one-word answers. At the very end of the talk, we even say Jenn offer up a handshake rather than a hug. Why? She still knows that Ian had some serious plans to put both her and Frank on the block in the near future (mostly so that he can cover himself against the people who really want to see him out of this game).
For those wondering, there is still nothing that has changed when it comes to the plan for Shane and Joe to evict Britney from the house, with Ian really being the only vote presumably to save her at this point. The only other thing that is going on is an Ian-bashing session with Frank, Dan, and Danielle, with Frank claiming that he constantly suspected Ian of being a double agent even though Boogie told him that he was overthinking things.
