‘Teen Mom 2′: Jenelle Evans’ charges dropped over Gary Head incident

It looks as though Jenelle Evans now has one less legal problem to deal with. After spending much of the past year dealing with everything from a troubled record to some troubles in relationships, an incident of alleged violence involving her ex Gary Head is now in the past.

In a new post on her Twitter account, Evans (who stars in “Teen Mom 2” on MTV) confirmed the news straight from a North Carolina courtroom:

“Court is over. Gary Head pleas guilty to assault on a female and all my charges were dropped … But if he didn’t take the plea bargain then he was facing serioussssss consequences.”

Evans later added that the judge in the case asked her if she wanted to pursue any further consequences with Head over his role in the incident, but she declined, saying that her top priority was just making sure that he was not to contact her in any shape or form. These two first started dating earlier this year, and quickly kicked off a romance that was more than a little rocky. They split on multiple occasions and even became engaged for a time, but would follow up every happy time with shouting matches online where they would each air the other person’s dirty laundry for all to hear.

These two finally split up earlier this spring, and not long after that Jenelle started dating her ex Kieffer Delp again — and these two also have a rocky past of their include that includes multiple break-ups and run-ins with the law. The good news here? The two do at least seem to be finally started to get themselves together, and have no had a Twitter meltdown in at least a month now (which is pretty good, all things considered).

Do you think Jenelle is making the right move getting away from Gary? To check out more news on the end of Jenelle’s feud with Snooki, be sure and read the story here.
