Could we be going a decent stretch of time without action in the “Big Brother” live feeds? Thanks in part to a double-eviction that is set to happen on this week’s show, it’s certainly possible.
(Warning: the following contains spoilers from the live feeds.)
As Dan and some of the the houseguests have pointed out, Big Brother is treating them with various lockdowns throughout the house today like the eviction is actually coming up today rather than tomorrow — which would make some sense in that it would enable the show to cut things down if they needed to given that there is so much that is going to be going on in between an eviction, a Head of Household Challenge, a Power of Veto, and then another eviction.
However, we’re not sure as to whether or not that is happening based on the fact that the outdoor lockdown in the house lasted just a few hours, and there is nothing in the backyard to suggest that a challenge is about to take place there. It’s possible that producers may have just been interested in making a trial run to ensure that everything goes off without a hitch tomorrow.
On a strategy standpoint, Frank has made a last-ditch effort to save Boogie by making a deal with Dan — saying that he will ensure his safety for a week if he wins HoH, and then following that either party is free to put the other on the block. The bad news for Dan here, though, is that there is really no reason for him to bite at this outside of him wanting another threat in the game for a little while longer. Ian also told Dan in a conversation that Frank will throw he HoH to him if he has an opportunity to do so — which could turn out to be one of the dumbest moves for him to ever make in that Ian could send him out the door.
Check back soon, as we’ll have more on if there is something fishy going on in the house tonight, and if Boogie somehow manages to get some sort of last-ditch effort to work. To check out some more scoop from the feeds, be sure to either click here on on the sidebar to the right of this article.
