Just over a month following the end of “Jersey Shore” season 6 filming, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Jenni “JWoww” Farley have found a place to continue their career in front of the camera for a little while longer.
After a number of New Jersey communities including Morristown and Toms River failed to work out for one reason or another, TMZ reports that the two reality stars have seemingly settled on being in the small town a Manchester — a very different setting than either Seaside Heights or where the two filmed “Snooki & JWoww” season 1 in Jersey City. This is more of a suburban community, and is known more for being quiet and relaxing than loud and obnoxious.
With the latter sentiment in mind, it really shouldn’t come as that much of a surprise that there is already some controversy brewing. Supposedly, some residents of the community are unhappy with not knowing about the show filming in advance, and have already called in and issued there complaints. While filming for the spin-off could help to boost tourism a little bit, it also makes things into a rather loud inconvenience for people trying to live day-to-day lives without the cameras being constantly in their faces.
“Snooki & JWoww” season 2 will focus on Snooki’s final days as a pregnant woman along with being a mother for the first time, and it will officially premiere early next year pending a last-minute surprise. How will JWoww handle both Snooki and a little Snooki? We are already developing some sympathy for her now.
