On Friday morning Mike “Boogie” continued his season-long tradition of being the first person to wake up in the “Big Brother” house, but little does he know that the target could be firmly planted along his back.
(Warning: the following contains spoilers straight from the live feed.)
With Shane now firmly established in power as the Head of Household, he has already made it fairly clear that his plan is to put up both Boogie and Frank on the block this week to get rid of some of the biggest threats in the game — and to make good on what he intended to do a few weeks ago. Is it really good payback on the loyalty showed by Frank last week? Not really, but it is still happening regardless.
To make matters worse for Boogie, his morning monologue was completely oblivious to the fact that he was about to go on the block. He referred to Shane as “Captain America” when speaking to the cameras outside, and said that he thought he was going to stay loyal to him so long as Britney didn’t get in his ear. While he said that he wanted to play in the Veto this week, he wasn’t so much interested in winning so long as he absolutely had to. Rather, he wanted Shane to take it home so that he could continue to make the target even larger on his back.
Could all of the dynamics change now that people are starting to wake up for a new day? Sure — but even with Joe suggesting that he wants to work with Boogie now, it still looks like the All-Stars winner is going to be spending all week sitting pretty on the block this week while his alliance partner goes home. Following that, we have to believe that he will be the primary target for the double-eviction on Thursday.
Do you think Boogie is going to be able to pull anything off this week? We want to hear from you below! To check out some more information about Shane’s meeting with the Quack Pack on Thursday night, be sure and read the story over here.
