With a nomination ceremony happening in the “Big Brother 14” house Friday night, it’s shaping up to be a big day — and a rather surprising one for some people who are going to be rather stunned to learn that they are on the block.
(Warning: the following contains spoilers from the live feed.)
There is a part of us at the moment interested in relentlessly mocking both Frank and Boogie for thinking that this Silent Six was actually going to stick together — however, can you really blame them for trying? If they had backdoored Dan last week (which was their alternate plan), everyone else in their alliance would have targeted them — and even though they were loyal, Shane still is planning to put Frank and Boogie on the block. What Frank and Boogie should have done was backdoor Shane — but even then, the performances of the people within the Head of Household challenge suggested that somebody else in the Silent Six would have won and put them both up, anyway.
So can Frank and Boogie really do anything to survive? It’s unlikely that both will stay through the week, but what they need to do is try to expose their former alliance for the liars that they are following nominations. There are still some floaters in the house — namely Joe, Ashley (who just made out with Frank) and Jenn who could be used as valuable pieces to help sway a vote — however, the problem with this even is that if Frank or Boogie wins the Veto, one of these outliers is going to go up as a replacement unless Shane just decides to put somebody up as a pawn (which would be really dumb since it could give Boogie or Frank a chance to control the votes).
Do you think there is any way Shane changes his mind today? To check out some more news from the world of “Big Brother” — including who won the money and safety from the Head of Household challenge — be sure and read the story here.
