We know that Kim Kardashian has her fair share of enemies when it comes to her decision to wear fur, but you cannot count Lady Gaga among them. As a matter of fact, the pop megastar is even coming to her defense in part following an incident of flour-bombing earlier this year that made national headlines.
After Gaga came under fire recently for being spotted in a fur coat, she took to her Little Monsters website to write a lengthy blog post — and at the end of it, she merely stated that everyone should respect her opinion on the subject rather than trying to push her into a given viewpoint:
“I have truly always stayed away from skinned fur, especially [because] I have never been able to afford a nice one, but this does not mean my morals are rigid and that I won’t bend at the sight of an absolute art piece of a coat. I have no chains about this. You see a carcass, I see a museum piece de resistance. But I am truly sorry to fans who are upset by this; it’s a fair and applaudable feeling about the health and safety of animals. I respect your views, please respect mine.
“To campaigners, save your flour to make bread for the children who are hungry. And Kim Kardashian is fabulous.”
Kim has yet to respond to Gaga’s kind words publicly, but she doesn’t really need to in order to be appreciative. After all, Kim may just merely be happy to know that not every major celebrity out there wants to say nasty things about her. After all, she may still be getting over the sting of Jon Hamm and Jeremy Renner.
Do you think that Gaga is handling this the right way, and how should Kim feel about included in this? To check out some more news about her divorce battle with Kris Humphries, be sure and read the story here.
