The Power of Veto Ceremony is coming up in the “Big Brother 14” house on Monday morning, and there is one question floating around as a result — is Frank actually going to use it on anyone? It seemed as though he nominated the two people he really wants out, but there is also a little bit of doubt creeping through his mind.
(Warning: The following contains spoilers straight from the live feed.)
In a conversation with Ian overnight, Frank told him that he was pretty sure that he was going to just keep the nominations the same and send either Joe or Wil home Thursday night — however, he was still thinking about the idea of trying to backdoor Dan. He really just doesn’t trust the guy after he has been lied to by him on multiple occasions, and he thinks he will have the votes to try and get him sent home.
Like Boogie, Ian is pushing hard to get Frank to keep Dan in the game, though Frank also doesn’t realize that Ian and Dan are working together as a part of the “Quack Pack” alliance that is going alongside the Silent Six. Ian then later went and told his alliance members in Britney and Danielle most of the conversation, and explained why it is that Frank doesn’t trust Dan. He also told them not to do anything with the information just yet since he didn’t want to cause drama and was about 95% sure that Frank was not going to use the Veto on anyone.
Is Frank really targeting the right person here at all? Not really. Since Dan seems intent on not even trying to win most challenges, he would be better off either backdooring Shane (a man who will win and get him in trouble) or just staying the course for now and hoping that the other Silent Six members can be convinced to keep their word. Let’s hope so, mostly since an endgame featuring the likes of Jenn and Ashley would be a miserable one, indeed.
Do you think Frank should use the Veto, and if so who should be the target? We want to hear from you below! To check out the latest update from late Sunday night, be sure to read our story here. More updates are also in the sidebar to the right.
