ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 2 spoilers: All about Nolan’s frustration

Anyone who watched the season finale for “Revenge” last year already knows one thing when it comes to Nolan — he had a pretty tough time. We saw him tied up and used as a punching bag by the White-Haired Man, and really he was just lucky to make it out of the year alive.

So what are we going to see from the guy during season 2? We already know that he is going to be getting a new love interest that could be working with him at his company, and now we’ve also learned that he is going to be taking some steps to ensure that he is not in as helpless of a situation ever again.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly on this very subject, here is what Mann had to say:

“I think [he’s] very tired of being tied up and tortured last year … How about I throw out [the word] karate? I’m going to throw karate out there. Whatever you want to do with that.”

Hopefully, this means that we will see more action — and if nothing else, this quotes fits what we have heard about seeing a “darker” side of Nolan this coming season compared to how we saw him the first time around on the show. He will be one of the faces featured prominently starting with the September 30 premiere, which marks the show’s official move to a new night (in Sundays) and a new time (in 9:00 p.m. Eastern following “Once Upon a Time”).

What sort of action do you want to see some of your favorite characters involved in this season? We want to hear some of your thoughts below! To check out the official poster for the show’s second season, be sure to check out the link here.
