For our Monday evening edition of “American Idol” notes, we are focusing on a little bit of everything — beginning with some comments from Jessica Sanchez and ending with another performance from Haley Reinhart in her home city of Chicago.
Jessica talks her new album – Jessica has certainly been busy over he past few weeks — as a matter of fact, we don’t really know how she has much time at all to really sit back and relax.
In a new interview with the Ledger-Enquirer following the top ten’s recent performance in Duluth, Jessica confirmed that her debut album is actually coming out in November, a month later than what was initially being reported. She did say that production on her debut album is going well, and that she is happy with her new boyfriend Deandre Brackensick — who she started dating after the season wrapped in May.
New Lee DeWyze music – Do you want to get an opportunity to check out some new music from the season 9 champ? If so, you are going to get the opportunity in a matter of days.
In a series of posts on Twitter, i was confirmed that Lee is going to be at L.A. Live in Los Angeles (natch) on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. local time. While there, he is going to be talking with the local KIIS FM radio station and performing some tunes that you may not have heard before. Can’t attend? Well, let’s hope that there will be some videos made available afterwards.
Haley Reinhart performs the National Anthem – Finally, let’s close things off with a new performance of “The Star-Spangled Banner” courtesy of season 10’s Haley Reinhart at the Chicago White Sox game recently. It was a rather lovely way to follow up Lollapalooza, and you can check it out below.
