Even after yet another viewing of last years LTiH Christmas special, still utterly marvellous and completely different than anything else on tv! LOVE this wonderful series and I just hold onto the hope provided by bbc’s statement in response to Sir Derek’s comments and rumours of an untimely end:

that LTiH is definitely NOT cancelled. It’s only that Sally Wainwright is (still,
sigh) extremely busy with writing other projects at the moment.

So, here’s hoping!! It’s an agonising wait, but personally I cannot get enough of these beautiful characters. PLEASE Sally – don’t abandon the glorious Last Tango In Halifax world you created!!
