Too much face time and too many chances for confrontation. The Dr. Ryan episodes show the pitfalls a “female Gibbs” character would bring. A strong female character in a completely unrelated field would bring a fresh perspective to the Gibbs character. And she should not be a red head. Gibbs needs to get on with it.
