ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 5 spoilers: The premiere title is…

For those wanting some more delightful scoop when it comes to the fifth season of “Castle,” we have it for you right here — specifically in the form of the title of the first episode we will be seeing this fall.

In a new post on Twitter, one of the show’s writers in Terri Miller — who just so happens to be married to showrunner Andrew W. Marlowe — said that the title for the episode is going to be entitled “After the Storm.” It’s pretty clear just what this title is referring to — the aftermath of what is going to happen when it comes to Castle and Beckett after hooking up during the season finale.

So what else do we know about this episode? Based on some early indications, we are not going to see Nathan Fillion and Stana Katic’s characters spilling the beans about their relationship to everyone right away. They are going to stay together and try to figure out how to work this relationship out, but it is going to be more of a marathon rather than a sprint. The same goes when it comes to bringing Beckett around Castle’s family more — including Alexis, who is going to be skeptical of the two lasting at first based on what has happened in the past with his personal life.

Unfortunately, we don’t have any word just yet as to when this season is going to premiere, but most indications suggest that it will be in late September — the period of time that is traditionally the launch of the new fall season. The show started off filming their new season early last week.
