They were concentrating on personal things with the characters instead of criminals. Its all about their individual B and S. This is a crime show, not a soap opera. Getting rid of hotch was the most idiotic thing they’ve done. But, looking back all the way around not many of them have much for brains. JJ and Emily, big mistake. If we want hotch back you go to the advertisers. They lose money and back off sponsoring a show. Let’s see what happens next. Their all a bunch of f ups.

Even though producers and writers will not admit it, his stoic, concerned, and patriarch demeanour made Criminal Minds worth watching. No one knows what happened. I get that there is a great deal more to just saying, “Ok. He can come back.” There has been no room for even trying or speaking of it nor of him in general. We, as fans, know you owe us nothing. That is obvious. Just know this. You may have deleted him from the show, but you can’t from his fans hearts. Right now, there are more fans of his than they are of those that is watching the show. “Wheels up”.
