With Emily Maynard’s season of “The Bachelorette” getting ready to conclude on Sunday night, we are hardly getting any time at all to actually prepare for what is coming up this summer on “Bachelor Pad.” The show — which is lengthier this season and contains a mixture of veterans and newcomers to the franchise — has little time to publicize itself, but one of the cast members in particular is certainly doing his part.
Michael Stagliano – One person who is a notable return to the show is one of last year’s winners, and he tells Ryan Seacrest in a new interview that the experience really is so much harder than it looks:
“People really don’t have any concept of how little sleep we get. If you go 8 days in a row and you average like 3 hours of sleep a night you start to cry about things that you would normally cry about.”
Michael does predict that that here will be a good bit of crying all season long, but also romance as a number of these contestants hook up in order to both find love and get themselves further in the game.
Chris Harrison – Meanwhile, the show’s host is also promising that plenty of craziness will ensue in a short span of time. In an inerview (per Zap2It), Harrison promises hat we will be stunned in some ways by how some of the most-loved and hated characters in the show’s history act:
“I will say this about ‘Bachelor Pad’ – I think who you love to hate and who you love may drastically change by the time everybody leaves ‘Bachelor Pad.’ Will Kalon redeem himself and become this lovable figure? I think he thinks so. But I think he always thinks that everybody loves him. I think you’ll be surprised at some of the behavior and some of the way your favorite characters act in the show for sure.”
What are your expectations for this show, or do you think it is better to go into it with no expectations at all? To check out some photos of the cast members this season, be sure to venture over to this link.
