ITA 110% with everything you said TV Watcher. I’ll add some of my own thoughts about season 3. I want to see more screen time for Jay and Maddison. Can either of them find love this season? Rachel should focus on her career and get her life in order. Why does she need a new love interest Every season? Save the love interest for Jay and Maddison. As for Quinn not every successful middle age woman wants kids. I don’t know why they felt the need to bring that storyline up out of nowhere. It didn’t work for me. If we found out that the Madison turned out to be Quinns or Chet’s kid then that might’ve worked better. Her one liners are also getting played out pretty fast. There not funny and memorable anymore. I do think that with some tweaking they can get back on track. All they need to do is just rewatch season one find out what worked and continue doing that. I would love it if they pretended like season 2 never happened. However I know that will not happen. There’s no need to rehash bad story lines. Just forget about them. I think in season 3 we’re going to learn that men are boring and women smart. Will the guilty pleasure summer show do better paired up with a new show in the winter or will the move hurt the show even more? Regardleless I can’t wait for the new season to air.
