You would think an event like what happened to him would make him harder like he use to be. Yes, and glad to still be alive and have his life back. I think McGee would be a bit more on edge and maybe snappy at times, maybe jump at the odd shadow.
Bello, hopefully, will be a companion who is around when he needs it most. I often feel Gibbs’ loneliness when I see him in his basement. I love Grace, I hope she is there for him too. Everyone can be a loner, but to have that 1 or 2 friends around from time to time can be the difference from giving up and feeling its okay that you want to keep moving ahead. I would like to see Gibbs and McGee spend more time together and get closer. I think Gibbs should really feel Abbys loss as well, as they are very attached to one another.
