I don’t think he gives you a bad name at all. Each of the main sharks has his or her own “character.” For my money, Barbara is a much worse person, at least how he’s portrayed on the show. But with Kevin, even though his persona was all about “money money money,” you often saw that he cares about people and will make a deal for a person he believes in. Just watch how he interacts with those two guys who did the pop-up creations. Each time he sees them, including in the follow-up, he doesn’t shy away from hugging them. Sure, he’s eccentric, but he’s a good mix of soft-heartedness and tough love as far as I’m concerned.
