Apparently, Ronnie Magro and Sammi Giancola have finally decided that after years of breaking up, making up, and throwing clothes off the balcony they are finally ready to take the next major step forward when it comes to their relationship outside of the “Jersey Shore” house.
Speaking in a new interview with HollywoodLife, Ronnie confirmed the news that he and his girlfriend are moving in together by saying that they have started to do some apartment-hunting in New York City:
“We actually went to look at apartments this weekend, and found something, we are moving to New York.”
Ronnie also explained why the couple split up last year after shooting seasons 4 and 5, and it was not for any sort of contentious reason as it was in years past:
“… We both took a break after Italy and Jersey. And we’ve both grown up as people. We both had to find ourselves. We got to the point where if you can’t make someone else happy, you can’t be happy. We are very happy with ourselves and each other.”
One person who may certainly celebrate this move to the Big Apple is New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, who has been very critical of the fact that a show called “Jersey Shore” mostly stars people who live in other states. Considering how much these people move around, it’s tough to say where anyone is living at any given time — but Sammi and Deena Cortese are the only two full-time stars on the show who have been known to call New Jersey their place of residence for several years.
Are you glad to see Ronnie and Sammi finally moving in together, and are you hopeful that this could lead to the two joining Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Jionni LaValle in getting engaged? If you want to check out some more of the latest “Jersey Shore” news, be sure to head on over to this link.
