I don’t care how they put it or how Messer, the one with the most sense sugar coat it, the way they handled Mr. Gibson’s exit from the show or the exit from the BAU team, was a very, very thin line between love and hate. Messer has tried so hard to make it sound so heartfelt, but you wonder did she even care for the man? Even Morgan’s cameos didn’t make a difference. Prentiss being back and taking the helm definitely was a mistake in both areas. If there was any ill will to make all this come to play with Gibson about that very unclear incident between him and Williams, eventually it will come out in the open. I am just waiting to see who else Messer and CBS/ABC will kick off to try and justify the means from this show. I have not watched this show since Season 12, episode 2. According to the ratings, it seems that I have not missed much at all. Wheels up! ?

Gibson was shafted and treated like crap because Erica Messer, idiot that she is, wanted to make the show all about Morgan. Without Gibson, the show is just another boring piece of network pablum. All the grossness and mean-spirited “this is how to kill someone horribly!” episodes in the world can’t make up for the absence of Hotch. This show (and the viewers) needs to be put out of its misery.

Hotch didn’t leave the BAU when his ex wife was murdered (by a serial killer who nearly killed his son), but now he’s decided he enjoys being a full time dad… Okay then, if you say so writers. I get that they don’t want to bring the actor back but you’d think the writers would try a little harder.
