I am very, very upset that Ron Glass was not included in this segment as well as the omission of Erin Moran. Ron Glass especially. He was a HUGE part of Barney Miller’s success and his part in Firefly showed him that he could be popular to a whole new generation of fans. How could Abe Vigoda get a mention last year at the Emmys and not him???? Pitiful. Also sad that Erin Moran was not mentioned. Yes, I know she had some major problems during the years but that does not stop the fact that she played a very iconic character on a very iconic show and she did it very well. Also I’m not so sure that Carrier Fisher should have been in this segment. I don’t remember her doing any tv work. I am so glad Miguel Ferrer FINALLY got mentioned in an In Memoriam segment this year. I believe Jerry Lewis should have had a special tribute. My God, with everything he did for tv as well as the Jerry Lewis telethons he should have had special recognition. The Emmy Awards must pick and choose these tributes because they scr@wed over Leonard Nimoy two years from getting a special tribute. Nice going Emmys :(:(:(
