Who says that you can’t find love — or at least a relationship — on “Bachelor Pad“? For all of the talk about this show being the seedier cousin of “The Bachelor” franchise, the shock is that it on a season-by-season basis actually has a far better track record than either one of those shows. After all, season 1 gave us Tenley and Kiptyn — meanwhile, season 2 had Holly and Blake (much to the chagrin of one Michael Stagliano).
So could we have another pairing coming up this season? It’s possible, and this one may be the most unexpected of all. (Warning: the following doesn’t contain any spoilers in the way of how these contestants do on the show, but still read at your own risk.)
According to Celebuzz, former Ben Flajnik contestant Lindzi Cox — who made it all the way to the final two before being eliminated in favor of Courtney Robertson — has reportedly started up a relationship with Emily Maynard’s most controversial contestant in Kalon McMahon. The two are both contestants on the upcoming season premiering a week from today, though it’s unclear whether or not they started falling or each other while on the show or once it was over.
While it’s hardly a surprise that Lindzi found someone new, we are a little more surprised with Kalon when it comes to how he must have went into the house with a scarlet letter slapped on his back. After all, this is the guy who is famous for calling Emily’s daughter Ricki “baggage.” We’re guessing that he other he showed up to this show groveling and begging to have forgiveness, or he was made out to be a far worse person on “The Bachelorette” than he really is for drama. After all, it happened to Michelle Money on Brad Womack’s season.
