This is really good news! There is no doubt Ms. Katic is a supurb actor and it will be great to have a series to look forward to in the fall! The whole cast seems to be very well rounded and hopefully the writing is of high quality! That after all is what helps to make a show worth watching! If the series is of the high quality and deep emotional kick in the gut shown in the trailer it should be a real winner for whatever network has picked it up!

I wouldn’t read into that too much — I just use “network” as a general term. With that said, I’d be pretty surprised if Absentia is streaming-only given that Katic has such a big TV fanbase.

Ok, your tease included the word “network”. If it is on one of the networks at least some of us won’t have to pay a whole lot of money in order to watch our favorite actress e.v.e.r. Of course, however, I will buy any and all DVDs. Thanks for the updates!
