We’ve been waiting for it almost as badly as the regular season of “Big Brother,” and on Thursday it will finally be here for our viewing pleasure — the five ladies of “The Talk” (including Julie Chen) entering the house and trying to play the game for the second straight year. It’s mostly hilarious to watch some of these professional women try to embarrass themselves royally, and some of them do a better job at it than others.
The Huffington Post posted a preview video for the special Tuesday, and you can see it in all of its hilarity below. In summing it up, it basically revolves around the a challenge that forces the daytime show’s famous panel first to dress up in dog costumes, and then dig around in piles of fertilizer (otherwise known as “poop,” as Julie called it in an attempt to not sound profane) in order to find some sort of object necessary for completing the challenge. As an avid dog lover, Sharon Osbourne seems to be the woman most intent on trying to take home the trophy — saying that she will do just about whatever she can to overtake some of the other players. Based on this spirit, we are begging for either her or Julie — who at least knows how to play this game rather well — to take it home.
Last year when the game was played, it was pretty clear that Julie had no chance at winning from the start. Many of her fellow contestants were intimidated by her extensive knowledge of the game, and thus they put her up for nomination right away and then sent her packing before she could really do anything. When it comes to new players taking out veterans, these women were officially smarter than the majority of the real “Big Brother” players have been in the past few years.
We’ll be covering both “The Talk” special and the “Big Brother” premiere live when they air Thursday! Be sure to check out our houseguest spotlight series while you wait, as we have all the information you need to know to get you ready for the premiere.
