true to what you say Matt but at the end of the day it’s about if the actors really wanting to stay…In the end Cote left on her own accord and wanted to and so did Michael…It’s not CBS fault cause actors want out…Long series tend to see an overturn over the years especially after the 5th season…I call it the 5th year itch…most cast members don’t think show will last long so they sign up…they hope it’ll last for a few season but some in the end when the show lasts longer want out……As for Hawaii 5-0 you can’t compare shows due to the fact it’s different production costs….Some times no matter how much you want to keep the cast together sometimes the amount of money they are asking for is too much especially with the overhead of production and sets cost for such show as Hawaii 5-0….but to be honest to blame CBS and claim they aren’t taking care of their actors is really funny….It’s not just the actors they have to take care it’s also the production and the crew….Shows can survive cast changes and rating this last year to be honest has been in the dumps for most shows….I noticed through out the board alot of shows went down in viewership or rating numbers…people are watching at their own time now less live time…. But don’t blame CBS because someone wants more money and they can’t afford it because they are thinking of the bigger picture or blaming them cause a cast member wants out…It happens there is always more to the story….

I agree with your article for the most part. My DVR had a nervous breakdown because I live on the coast and episodes were always delayed. 9pm slot is going to cause even later delays #sadface. This cast is SOLID! I will miss Miguel Ferrer. But Bar Paly as Anna is NOT who I want to see more of. She is a terrible actress and has NO chemistry with Chris O’Donnell. I hope the writers continue with the great writing of Densi (wedding please). I am really looking forward to Deeks/Whiting arc. Hoping that was a real story tease. Maybe we finally get Deeks, M. Bring back AJ, concentrate on Callen helping Sam cope with Michelle’s death. For the record I was not happy with that storyline. They could have rescued her. Strong female characters are not plentiful on that show. Anna is awful and Talia was worse. Also Michelle was a favorite character in the fanfiction world.
I am looking forward to season 9. I just hope my DVR survives
