I think she should become a social worker since she seems really into social justice and helping people. It would give her a new point of view to add to the table and allow her to bring cases to the attention of maybe Danny and Jamie

Whatever they have her do, I’d like to see the character of Nikki grow up this season. So far, she’s come across as whine-y and has abused the privileges she’s had to ride along with Danny or Jamie and to have other access to police. It would be nice to see her act with more maturity, considering she’s supposed to be a young adult now (about 20 or 21).
