Although they were actually married earlier this year, actress Reese Witherspoon is only now getting the opportunity to actually escape with her agent husband Jim Toth. Rather than go somewhere expected (or somewhere that the paparazzi would be staking out their every move), the two made a decision to take off to the small Italian town of Positano.
According to one source from their hotel, the couple had an opportunity to have some much-needed rest and relaxation away from some of the craziness that is Hollywood:
“They had a wonderful room overlooking the sea. It’s a very romantic suite, ideal for a couple on a honeymoon and they had a wonderful time.”
The two also dined at a number of restaurants in the are during the trip, and one of them (an establishment named Bruno) was actually recommended by Hilary Swank.
Reese appeared earlier this year in the film “Water for Elephants,” and can be seen next in “This Means War.”
