Stitchers is always upfront about what an amazing show it is and tbh I think the procedural element is what also helps keeps it actually a television show that can sustain. The problem with “serialized” series is how they can lose so much steam so quickly because there’s only one thing going on and imo that doesn’t work for good television. There’s a reason why NCIs and Law and Order shows last so long.
