They won’t even mention it, aka James was not in some and no mention. If she does pop up in 4 episodes, it will be minor. The are doing Sanvers dirt. Maybe when Chyler’s contract is up after S3 she and Floriana produce or pitch their own show of 2 Badass Crime Fighters or CIA spies but who are also in love with each other. No superheroes because THEY are the superheroes. That would be unique. And a blast. And profitable.

they keep them engaged and nothing will change. Floriana was in some episodes for 1 minute screentime , seriously give her less episodes but with more stuff and i am happy.

This is being debated all over the fandom. They all seem plausible without breaking them up. I would Maggie going home to tackle her demons so it doesnt affect her future with Alex
