Do you love “Breaking Bad” so much that you are willing to take a tour of some of its filming locations? If so, an Albuquerque trolley company may now have a way for you to feed your obsession in a new way. If we were ever in the city, this would definitely be the sort of thing that would be up our alley.
Speaking to the ABQ Journal, the co-owner of the ABQ Trolley Co. in Jesse Herron (who has a bit of an ironic first name) announced that beginning on July 15, his company is going to run a three and a half hour tour that includes spots at some of the show’s filming locations along with dinner a screening of the season 5 premiere that airs the same day:
“We got permission from Sony about the tour … Both Mike (Silva) and I are huge fans, so it’s a dream come true for us.”
You can find out more about the tour over at the company’s official site, and all three dates listed are already sold out. We weren’t exactly sure how well something like this would do in a smaller city like Albuquerque, but it is turning out to have a devoted following just like “Breaking Bad” does. This is far from the only show to have its own tour, though, as “The Vampire Diaries” and “Sex and the City” have both seen their filming locations scouted out for cash.
In case you want to find out more in the way of actual scoop about the premiere, be sure to head on over to this link to check out a clip. Would you ever pay to see a tour for “Breaking Bad” or any other popular TV show?
