Coulson and Mack already joined “Team Resistance” and, other than them and Reverse Ward, the deep, battle-weary Mace might as well _be_ the Resistance. May is acting surprisingly “in character”, all things considering. She’s in too deep and by far the most traumatised, so it’s safe to assume she would be tougher to rescue than e.g. Coulson. But… the whole point of last episode was to prove that the Doctor is NOT Fitz. They _could_ be going for the “evil twin” twist (since they can’t pool it on Fury), but I fear the worst: that Fitz’s soul is lost forever! Maybe he’ll die in the Framework, or maybe the Doctor will wake up on Fitz’s body and they’ll have to terminate him… It’s sad that he barely hooked up with Simmons (that had been his dream since season 1), but unless they pool the “evil twin” twist, I’m afraid that’s the end of one of my favourite characters! I hope they don’t go all Torchwood in the end and kill both Fitz AND Simmons!
