Speaking in a new interview with Us Weekly, Farrah Abraham — who has experienced some major growing pains so far during the show’s final season courtesy of a move — said that while she would like to have a man, she is also not willing to settle for someone who is either after fame or simply is not right for her:
“Sadly [I’m still single] … I did a lot of online dating but it was hard because people watch me on TV. I had to think of everyone’s motives. Many of the guys would be upfront and say ‘Oh, I know your situation,’ and some would act like they didn’t know … I want somebody who is honest and has his own thing going on and won’t be sucking off me for everything,”
For a prime example of some troubling boys out there in the “Teen Mom” world, just look at what has been going on as of late with Jenelle Evans. After first being with the oh-so controversial Kieffer Delp, she moved on to Gary Head, who she has fought with openly on Twitter and also went to prison with at one point last month following allegations of everything from violence to controlled substance use. Farrah has dipped her toes into the dating pool over the past couple of years, but it has not worked out particularly well for her.
We are currently in the middle of the final season of Farrah’s version of the show, and she, Amber Portwood, Catelynn Lowell, and Maci Bookout are all preparing to say goodbye later this year. Meanwhile, Jenelle’s “Teen Mom 2” will likely be back either later this year or in early 2013.
