For those of you “Once Upon a Time” fanatics out there, know this — the moment that the show wraps up its Comic-Con panel on Saturday, July 14, the cast is going to be heading straight up to Vancouver in order to start shooting season 2. As a matter of fact, some of the stars are already doing their best to prepare themselves for the upcoming batch of episodes in advance.
Take for instance our resident Prince Charming, Josh Dallas, who posted the most delightful / horrible-in-a-good-way tease on Twitter this weekend that he is getting set to meet with the showrunners in order to figure out just where his character will be headed in season 2 just in time for the big San Diego convention:
“#OUAT S2! Meeting with [executive producers Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis] next week to discuss what’s going down with PC/David. Don’t ya just wanna know!?!?”
Meanwhile, young actor Jared Gilmore, who plays Henry on the show, confirmed that production will start up for the season in roughly two weeks in a post on his own account. As a matter of fact, he has already moved up to Vancouver and his unpacking as he prepares to shoot new scenes.
Last season, the show ended with an awesome cliffhanger as magic started to spread throughout the town of Storybrooke for the first time. Now that everyone is aware of their fairy tale alter egos, it certainly puts the crosshairs back on Regina as public enemy #1. However, she also now has a way to stop any potential attacks, and continue her rule over a town that clearly does not want her around. The only person who can stop her with magic? Rumpelstiltskin, and it is pretty impossible to predict just what that guy is going to do.
