Peter Scanavino does an amazing job of bringing him to life. And his performance in Next Chapter was outstanding.

After watching that episode, I just have to say that I would really like to see how that (being that close to death, staring down the barrel of a gun) affects Carisi moving forward. It is not the first time this has happened to him on the show either – he was held at gunpoint in Season 16 as well – but the aftermath of that was not covered at all. So, it’s happened twice now . . . let’s see how it affects or changes him!

Also, would LOVE to see more of Carisi’s family. Dying to see what his mom is like, meet his other sisters, etc. Background stuff that can help us to understand who he is even more. And the show has emphasized how important his family is to him.

And then I adore how close Carisi & Rollins have been getting and would really like to see it turn romantic. Sigh. That would just make my whole year. :-)
