I can’t wait to see what kind of hand waving they’re going to do to bring him back again. Let’s see, some of his protoplasmic goo ended up in the sewers and a maintenance worker got “infected.” Yeah, that could work. Sure. Of course, it also means he can never really be destroyed.

Not a “villain” but I wouldn’t mind seeing Bizarro again. Unfortunately, she’s in suspended animation until the DEO can find a “cure” for her. There would have to be a reason to revive her.
