For much of the month, the tabloid cup has runneth over with news pertaining to the Kardashian family’s appearance on Oprah Winfrey’s OWN interview show “Oprah’s Next Chapter.” Now, we are going to start talking about Oprah making an appearance on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”
According to a new report from Us Weekly, the reality show is indeed going to have Oprah make a cameo appearance at some point moving forward. The Big O apparently hit it off really well with some of the women, and was particular impressed with how Kim handled herself in the midst of some pretty tough questions about her divorce from Kris Humphries and how much of the country perceived her after marrying someone only to end it only 72 days later. Rumor has it that Oprah also hit off with Kim’s little sister Khloe — widely regarded as the most opinionated of the sisters.
There is no announced air date yet for Oprah’s episode of the show, but she can at least take some solace that this is one family that she is not going to have to hand out any of her “favorite things” to. The Kardashians may not have a media empire at the moment that is anywhere near Oprah’s, but they have amassed tens of millions of dollars over the past few years courtesy of everything from their show to endorsement deals and club appearances.
So who is Oprah speaking to next on her show? While we don’t have an air date for the interview just yet, she did sit down recently with some members of the NBA champion Miami Heat — including LeBron James and Chris Bosh. (Unfortunately for Kris Humphries, his team in the New Jersey Nets did not even make the playoffs.)
Do you think appearing on this show is a good move for Oprah to make?
