On the one hand, they have FINALLY decided to pursue the romantic chemistry between Jamie and Eddie.

On the other hand, they know that if they bring the relationship much further, it will likely reduce Eddie’s screen time if she or Jamie transfer to another position… and their onscreen interactions are marvelous.

Maybe Jamie and Eddie could take a flying trip out to Las Vegas to attend a National Police Officers convention… get married in Vegas without telling anyone… then they come home to sort out what to do next… LOL :-)
