1) the decline of quality stories and interesting unsubs. The writing has been going downhill the past 3 years..With the thousands of freal cases and killers around the world, the storiesin the past 3 years have for the most part presented run of the mill killers.
2) The pacing of the episodes lack action and do not hold your interest.
3) The absence of the Hotch and Morgan characters is leaving a huge void which none of the remining members can step up and fill
4) The two new additions are bland
